What exactly is The Momentum Project?
We’re the community-focused branch of Momentum 360 Health. Our job is to bring free, practical, evidence-based movement and wellness education to neighborhoods, schools, workplaces, senior centers — anywhere real people live and gather.
I’m not an exerciser. Is this really for me?
Yes. The Momentum Project teaches movement literacy: understanding how your body moves and building skills anyone can learn, no matter your starting point.
Is any of this going to cost me money?
For individuals: Never. All community cohorts, workshops, and downloadable resources are 100% free. For qualified community partners: Libraries, YMCAs, Community Centers, etc. Hosting a cohort is also free. The Momentum Project is powered by grants and funding from community partners to help build a strong, healthy, and robust community.
How long are the programs?
Our flagship Momentum Academy is just 4 weeks (one 75–90 minute session per week). Short enough to fit real life, long enough to create real change.
Can my organization host a cohort?
Yes! We love partnering with cities, workplaces, senior centers, schools, faith communities, and housing authorities. You provide the people and the space (or Zoom link); we provide the facilitator, curriculum, and materials at no cost. Just fill out the partnership form and we’ll be in touch within 48 hours.
